Terry has over 30 years of experience in high-tech engineering and systems development, including several Internet application systems. Terry was a co-founder along with Jack Maguire, of the predecessor firm to Reactions & Opinions, Inc. Terry received a Ph.D. in System Science with a major in Computer Science from SUNY ('87). He holds an MS in Computer Science from Rutgers and has significant postgraduate work in Applied Statistics at Rutgers University, Physics at Brown University and in International Business Development at INSEAD, Fountainbleu, France.

Terry holds several patents in designing intelligent machines and also in Multimedia Data Analysis. For a number of years Terry has been actively engaged in his own consulting firm, Venture Solutions and Development, Inc. in Acton, Mass. Terry's services continue to be utilized by Reactions & Opinions, Inc. on specific projects.
